The Bartlett Promise Sub-Saharan Africa Master’s Scholarship 2026 is a prestigious and highly competitive

Level of Study

This scholarship is available for:

• Postgraduate taught Master’s programmes
• Full-time study only
• Programmes starting in September 2026

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Bartlett Promise Sub-Saharan Africa Master’s Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be a national and resident of an eligible Sub-Saharan African country
• Hold an offer of admission to a Bartlett master’s course at UCL
• Demonstrate financial need
• Show strong academic potential
• Explain personal circumstances and motivation clearly in the application

Important: You cannot apply for the scholarship without first receiving

an offer of admission to a Bartlett master’s programme.
